The Quickie - takes very little time – yet yields very big results!

Nowadays most of us have very busy lives, so to fit in one more thing may seem a bit overwhelming. That’s why we created with the “Quickie”. The Quickie is designed to lift and shift your energy in a matter of just a few minutes. It’s a great way to enhance your mood, raise your vibration or feed your brain with motivational information without taking a bunch of time out of your day. You may have your own activities that you call quickies ☺ … and if they’re working for ya – keep doin’ ‘em!

Here at Groove Temple TV we have many videos we call “Quickies”. They range from exercise and stretch videos, to productivity tips and nutritional info. So every time you take a minute or 2 out of your day to do a quickie, you add to your “Better Health Bank”. Since the benefits of exercise, stretching, eating healthy and being positive are cumulative taking a few minutes here and there is an easy way to achieve better health one step at a time.

The Quickies are also a great way to develop positive habits. So I recommend starting with one quickie a day – every day for a month. Some of you will want to do more as you notice how good you feel – and that’s ok - just don’t skip days because you did more a few days ago. When creating habits it’s helpful to do the activity everyday. Once you have developed the habit of one quickie a day, go to 2 or 3 per day. Perhaps you will have a morning, afternoon and evening quickie. Sounds fun – doesn’t it? Enjoy !!!
