PRACTICE GRATITUDE EVERYDAY

Gratitude is a high vibrational energy and a quality of the heart It is a quality and energy that can put us in a good mood or in a better space or state of being. I suggest practicing gratitude first thing in the morning to start your day from a good space. Before you get out of bed – think of something you’re grateful for and then close your eyes and feel it in your heart. Once you’ve got that good feeling of gratitude in your heart just imagine it spreading or swimming throughout your being. Spend as much time as you’d like in this “good feeling”.
Throughout the day, if you want, you can always go back there to lift and shift your energy at any time.

You can also keep a running list of the things you are grateful for. Perhaps add a new item each day. Then on those days that are challenging – you have a nice list to refer to – to lift and shift your energy. If it doesn’t work for you to practice in the morning - practice gratitude at a time that works for you. The most important thing is to do it everyday – so you reap the benefits of feeling good and create the habit.
