Practice Faith, Trust and Pray every day Having faith means having 100 % trust that things will work out even when things don’t look so good. It is the complete absence of worry, doubt and fear, no matter how tough things get. This does not mean all struggle and challenges are taken away. In fact, true faith is revealed in the face of the most difficult challenges. Things don’t always necessarily workout the way we want them to on a personal level, but when we look at the bigger picture, oftentimes while things are not going according to our plan, they are rolling along in harmony with the bigger picture. So if we can just trust that everything is happening for a reason (sometimes from a bigger picture perspective) we can restore our faith and align ourselves with our ultimate highest good. Praying for our highest good is key to be in harmony. This requires getting out of the way humanly, letting go of control. Remembering, god makes a way where there is no way ~ that is true faith. Monitor your state of being everyday and make necessary changes …. Your state of being is where you are at physically, mentally and emotionally in a given moment - your disposition. Most people run around in stressed out states and wonder why their life is so difficult. When your mind is busy or your body is holding on to tension or you are emotionally distraught, you are out of alignment ~ with yourself and all things. A stressed state of being is not in divine harmony or in the field of all potentiality. Stress is also the number one root cause of all major diseases and dis-ease in our systems. When you break it all down, your body is a field of energy that is suppose to flow freely and be connected to all things. It’s always about the space we are coming from. Where is your state of being? The energy of Love is High Vibrational and Powerful! This month we will discover and anchor the power of silent meditation. By relaxing our minds and going within we tap in to the field of all possibilities. It is in this space that we align ourselves with all things and shift into divine harmony. When we are living in a space of divine harmony, everything we need seems to fall into place naturally.
